By having a reverence for life, we enter into a spiritual relation with the world. By practicing reverence for life we become good, deep, and alive.

Co-Creative Mandalas have a vibration that
anchors, activates specific qualities, and
represents something about ourselves,
the natural world, and the energy in the Universe
at a particular time. This year the mandalas support Choosing Love’s Presence within,
with the rhythms in nature,
and with the Great Mandala.
The mandala archetype for this month is Reverence.
As this new cycle begins, many of us feel the pull to reaffirm and realign with what truly matters
and to step into life with more clarity and intention. There is a place inside each of us where Love’s Presence, wisdom, and our soul-guided purpose rise naturally.
It's been fun, illuminating, and surprising to explore Reverence and all the ways it supports
Choosing Love’s Presence.
Love’s Presence within mind, body, and spirit is seen, felt, and experienced by listening to
your inner guidance
and finding joy, peace, and wonder.
How is Reverence calling you to embrace
Choosing Love’s Presence?
This Co-Creative Mandala, Reverence, from a photograph of hellebore, symbolizes calmness and is associated with the heart and crown chakras. This mandala reminds us that appreciation, awe, and wonder connect us to life, nature, and the divine. Treat yourself, others, and everything you touch as precious. Appreciate the small moments of beauty—within, in others, and in nature. We’re not alone in our journey toward choosing Love’s Presence. We are always supported, directed, and protected. We just need to ask.
Welcome to February:
February has always felt like a soft, heartfelt month to me. A time for love and meaningful connections — not only romantic ones, but our relationship with others, with ourselves, and with the world around us.
Much of what shapes our reality is unseen. The energetic patterns that are marked by seasonal changes quietly influence our health, relationships, and sense of purpose. The quiet and stillness surrounding us now brings with it a sense of hope that comes from deep within—ourselves and the Earth.
Today is Imbolc — also known as Candlemas or Saint Brigid’s Day — a sacred seasonal threshold that marks the quiet return of the light. It’s the halfway point between the winter solstice and the spring equinox (only 49 days). Imbolc means “in the belly,” because like a pregnancy that is barely showing, nature is pregnant with the stirrings of spring and the promise of new life and reawakening.
Imbolc is the moment when winter begins to soften from within.
The Earth is still cold. There may be snow on the ground and Arctic blasts from the north. The daylight hours are still short. And yet, something is undeniably changing. Beneath the frozen soil, life is stirring. The light is growing stronger, even if it’s subtle.
The light doesn’t return all at once.
Growth doesn’t happen overnight.
It begins in the dark — quietly, deep beneath the surface.
There's wisdom in the darkness.
There is beauty in the slow return.
Here in the Northern Hemisphere, we're still deep in winter’s shadow. This is the perfect time to choose Love’s Presence by nourishing the light of loving kindness, honoring Brigid — goddess of the eternal flame — and shining some light on what is growing in our own fertile darkness.
This holy day invites us to pause and honor:
The spark of new beginnings awakening within us
The hope that returns quietly, not all at once
The courage it takes to trust the magic of the unknown and unseen
Imbolc reminds us that transformation does not begin with action. It begins with Reverence--
✨With tending your inner flame.
✨With protecting what is just beginning to awaken.
✨With allowing support from the Universe, the Earth, and your own wise spirit.
✨With trusting that what is stirring inside already knows the way to the light.
We invite you to honor what’s unfolding, and yet, is still unseen, so we can move forward consciously. Universal and nature wisdom are asking us to slow down, settle into our bodies, and honor a future that is preparing to emerge.
A Simple Ritual for Imbolc
Tending Your Inner Flame
You’ll need: one candle and a few quiet minutes.
That’s all it takes. Even a few minutes of presence and intention can mark this sacred turning in a powerful way.
- Create a gentle space. Sit somewhere comfortable. Dim the lights if you can.
- Light your candle. As the flame flickers to life, imagine it representing the small, steady light growing within the Earth and within you.
- Place a hand on your heart. Take a few slow breaths.
- Whisper one intention for the season ahead — not a goal, but a quality you want to nurture (peace, courage, creativity, trust—choosing Love’s Presence).
- End in reverence and gratitude. Thank the light — within you and around you — and gently extinguish the candle when you feel complete.

Journal Prompts for Imbolc
Use these prompts to connect with the energy of this sacred time:
Pause for a breath. Inhale slowly… and exhale. 💕
- What is quietly beginning to awaken within me?
- Where am I being asked to trust what I can’t see? Yet...
- What light do I feel ready to tend — even if it’s still small?
- What feels ready to be renewed, released, or rekindled?
At Imbolc, throughout February, and the year ahead—may you meet what is awakening with reverence, patience, and grace.
An Imbolc Blessing*
May the gentle returning light find you.
May the spark within you be protected and nourished.
May you trust what is growing, even when it feels fragile or unseen.
May hope warm you from the inside out.
