Circle of Life
Mind/body health and wellness coaching system.
Circle of Life was developed to tap into the incredible wisdom, strength, and knowledge that
reside naturally within each individual and support and
empower individuals in their quest for greater health,
vitality, purpose, and joy. It lays out a pathway to
personal improvement through a process that has been
proven effective by thousands of people in a wide array of
contexts. The process is composed of two elements:
1. Personal assessment to clarify strengths and needs.
2. A practical step-by-step planning, action, and
accountability process for making change and
improvement.
The Circle of Life process is a holistic and comprehensive
healthy lifestyle coaching method for stress mastery and personal
effectiveness that engages each person on all levels -- physically, emotionally, mentally, and
spiritually. With Self-Care at the center of your Circle of Life, the process supports you in
becoming self-reliant, self-directed, and productive and increases your capacity to renew and
enhance your personal and professional life.
Benefits of Circle of Life.
Sheryl was certified as a Circle of Life Coach in 2005. Since that time, she has facilitated the
Circle of Life process for individuals and groups and seen the positive benefits of this powerful
group process. The 12 Aspects of the Circle of Life help individuals and group participants
connect to other lifestyle changes that may affect their health and wellbeing. The use of
mind/body self-care practices also provide powerful support for those who are new to self-care
and for those who have tried other programs and are looking for additional support.
The Power of Circles.
The Circle is an ancient power tool with extraordinary relevance today. Since the earliest history
of human culture, the great discussions, strategies, and rituals were carried out in a circle. In
both the practical and the sacred, the circle has been a primary vehicle for human interaction.

Just as the ancient cultures
gathered in the circle to share
insights, set intention, clarify
direction and perform rituals; we
now gather as support groups.
The Circle of Life process
intends to bring the best
of what the circle
has been in the past into
alliance with the best
of what the circle may
become for use in these
dynamic times.
Circle of Life Groups.
Sheryl facilitates four groups a year, one at the beginning of each season. The groups are
limited to ten people and meet weekly for three months. Please contact Sheryl for additional
information.
