When I reflect on all the changes and challenges that shape my current reality, I remember the
people I’ve been privileged to meet, whose paths I've crossed. I feel deep gratitude to the
clients, students, friends, colleagues, and mentors who modeled generosity of spirit, shared
their dreams and hopes, trusted me to hold sacred space when they were scared, and called
me on my "stuff", gently holding me accountable, reminding me why I'm here. It is my deepest
intention to honor them in the work I do. There is always something to learn from relationships
and the ways we are connected.

I have known Sheryl for over 12 years and am so thrilled to be able to write this on her behalf. I have known Sheryl in many capacities and would recommend her work to anyone. The transformation I went through since my recent breakup has been very much connected to the lessons and experiences I had in sessions with you. You helped me lay the ground work I needed to be able to connect to myself, my lessons, my inner wisdom, my heart... at a time when I needed it the most.
