Discover the health, well-being, and spiritual benefits of
Emotional Freedom Techniques--EFT/Tapping.
EFT/Tapping is a gentle, self-help technique that clears blocks in your energy system and is
based on the principles of traditional Chinese medicine similar to acupressure or acupuncture.
Often referred to as "acupuncture for the emotions", this self-administered technique uses light
finger tapping on meridian end points located on the head, face, upper torso, and hands. This
non-invasion process is a pathway to experiencing wellbeing by reducing and eliminating the
physical and emotional effects of stress and clearing limiting beliefs that block joy, self-
compassion, and self-acceptance.

Part 2: If you’re ready to break free of what holds you back, make a shift , open to new
possibilities and live your life as an amazing adventure…then Tapping into Well-being--Part 2 is
for you!
Building on Part 1 and deepening your experience of self-acceptance, you'll learn how to use
EFT/Tapping and the magic of Co-Creative Mandalas Oracle Cards to identify and change the
thoughts and limiting beliefs that cause emotional and physical suffering and keep you stuck.
Co-Creative Mandalas Oracle Cards are portals to awareness that help you build confidence in
yourself, your intuition and ultimately create a partnership with the Universe to manifest your
brightest future. Co-Creative Mandalas Oracle Cards are the key to opening the doorway into a
new way of thinking and being that will lead you on a path towards manifesting your greatest
